Rose Kiirinya

Rose boasts of over 15 years of experience in the health research environment in Kenya, with 12 years in HRIS and close to 5 years in Demographic surveillance.

She has been actively involved in data quality management, monitoring and evaluation, analysis and dissemination of program and research data, reports writing/generation, capacity building in health informatics that include data quality management and data analytics, mainly using the regulatory Human Resource Information in Kenya, and conducting organizational capacity assessment in Mozambique. Rose has authored several publications on health systems research. She has proficiency in selecting data analysis tools: STATA statistical Software, SPSS, Epi Info, and MS Excel for database management.

Rose is versatile with a proven ability to collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders and a team player working with a multidisciplinary team comprised of programmers, policymakers, public health officers, health professionals that contribute towards the effectiveness and success of a result-oriented healthy community.
