We provide result-oriented solutions and feature a team of experienced professional software developers ready to assist clients in every step from solution design to delivery, implementation and maintenance.
Additionally, developing and implementation integration technologies using international standards, e.g. FHIR, HL7 etc.
Our tailored solutions are for limited-resource settings through deploying systems within low resources set up in Kenya.
The organisation strives to ensure that the designs are sustainable by the owners beyond the support period by implementing its sustainability model.
The Health sector relies very much on extensive data collection about individuals with specific health characteristics, including personal data for all health workers and databases for health facilities and institutions (referred to as health registries).
Our team has collected, managed and analysed this information level going to millions of interrelated records drawn from various existing health information systems within the Kenya Ministry of Health.
We support organisations and programs that aim to improve process outcomes by applying our expertise in Health systems, accreditation, regulation, data management, and research and information communication technology.
We deliver technical assistance tailored to the local context and service delivery systems’ needs by collaboratively conducting a detailed business process analysis.
Our policy development approach is customer-centric and tailored to the clients’ needs. We have the expertise and technical personnel to develop and disseminate policies.
We employ a public participation approach in policy reform by carrying out detailed stakeholder analysis, information gathering through focus groups, advocacy and lobbying, workshops and training.
Across international development projects, we work hand in hand with local partners to strengthen their capacity towards ensuring sustainable intervention. We facilitate the transfer of knowledge through assessment of capacity building needs; development of materials.
HETARK focuses on using sustainable capacity-building strategies, i.e. online courses, to ensure a more sustainable and scalable approach to increasing stakeholders’ capacity.
Our team helps develop strong local and country-level systems, enabling them to deliver high-quality services to citizens.
We support country-owned processes, adapting good governance tools to improve quality, increase access to, and expand demand for services. Our approach emphasises evidence and best practices, stakeholder participation and oversight.
