At HETARK, we believe that the foundation of every strong health system is the people who make it work. From policymakers to community health workers, from regulators to patients each voice offers insight into how services function, where gaps exist, and what solutions are needed. That’s why we start by listening.
Our work is shaped through meaningful engagement with stakeholders at every level. We build relationships that lead to trust, and solutions that reflect the realities of those delivering care. Every tool we design, every policy we support, and every training we lead is grounded in real-world needs and strengthened through collaboration.
At HETARK, our mission is to implement sustainable interventions that strengthen health systems across Africa. We achieve this by combining innovation, evidence, and deep engagement with the people who deliver and manage care. Our work is guided by the following core values:

We bring together a multidisciplinary team with capabilities in:
We are experienced in delivering digital health solutions including desktop, mobile, and web-based platforms that adhere to international standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and are built to operate effectively in low-resource settings.
Health Information Systems (HIS): From facility-level EMR deployments to mobile applications for regulators, we design systems that support care delivery and workforce management.
Regulatory and Policy Support: We work with ministries of health and regulatory agencies to develop evidence-informed policies and promote alignment with global standards.
Capacity Strengthening: Through online courses, workshops, and mentoring programs, we help institutions build the skills needed to sustain and expand their health systems.
Data Governance and Use: Our teams develop tools and conduct trainings to ensure health data is collected, analyzed, and applied to improve decision-making.
